Instructions
- Combine Base Ingredients: In a sealable mason jar or small container, add the unsweetened almond milk, Greek yogurt, rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract, mashed banana, and cinnamon. Stir thoroughly to ensure all oats are submerged in the almond milk, adding additional milk if needed.
- Add Flavor Mix-In: Choose your preferred flavor option — pumpkin spice or peanut butter & fruit. Add the corresponding ingredients for that flavor to the jar and mix well to combine.
- Seal the Container: Place the lid securely on the jar or container to ensure it is airtight for soaking.
- Refrigerate Overnight: Set the jar in the refrigerator to soak overnight or for a minimum of 6 hours and up to 5 days, allowing the oats and chia seeds to fully absorb the liquids and flavors.
- Prepare to Serve: When ready to eat, stir the mixture and add more almond milk if desired to achieve your preferred consistency. Top with additional fruits, nuts, or toppings as desired.
- Enjoy: Serve the overnight oats chilled for a refreshing, ready-to-eat high-protein breakfast.
