Description

This Immune Boosting Carrot Orange Juice combines fresh oranges, baby carrots, and cantaloupe with mint, ginger, and black salt to create a refreshing, nutrient-packed drink that supports your immune system. Perfect for a quick, healthy beverage to start your day or as a revitalizing mid-afternoon drink.

Ingredients

Fruits and Vegetables

  • 2 oranges
  • 100 g baby carrots
  • 150 g cantaloupe
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves

Spices and Seasonings

  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder

Liquids and Others

  • 1/2 cup water (or as required)
  • 5-6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare Oranges: Peel the oranges completely and separate them into slices. Add these orange slices into the blender jar.
  2. Add Cantaloupe: Chop the cantaloupe into small pieces and add them to the blender jar with the oranges.
  3. Prepare Carrots: If using baby carrots, there is no need to peel them. Chop or grate the baby carrots into small pieces especially if your blender is not very powerful, then add them to the jar.
  4. Add Flavorings: Add the fresh mint leaves, ginger powder, and black salt to the blender. These ingredients contribute to the juice's immune-boosting properties.
  5. Pour Water and Ice: Add half a cup of water to help blend everything smoothly. Also, add a few ice cubes into the blender to chill the juice.
  6. Blend the Juice: Blend all ingredients until the mixture is smooth. Sieving the juice is optional depending on your texture preference.
  7. Serve: Pour the juice into glasses, add extra ice cubes if desired, and serve immediately to enjoy a refreshing, sugar-free orange ginger carrot juice.

Notes

  • Baby carrots do not need to be peeled; simply chop or grate for easier blending.
  • Sieving is optional; if you prefer a smoother juice, strain before serving.
  • This juice is naturally sugar-free, relying on the natural sweetness of oranges and cantaloupe.
  • Adjust water quantity to reach desired consistency.
  • Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and nutritional benefits.
