Description

This Keto Strawberry Milkshake is a quick and delicious low-carb treat perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings without breaking your diet. Made with frozen strawberries, unsweetened almond milk, heavy cream, and sugar-free sweeteners, it's a creamy, frothy beverage that's ideal for keto and low-carb lifestyles. It can also be made dairy-free by substituting coconut cream and coconut whipped cream.

Ingredients

Milkshake Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 2/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1/3 cup Heavy Cream (or coconut cream if dairy-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated Sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar-free Strawberry Syrup (such as Choc Zero or 2-4 drops of stevia strawberry-flavored drops)
  • 2/3 cup Crushed Ice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Topping

  • 1 dollop Unsweetened Whipped Cream (or unsweetened whipped coconut cream if dairy-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather all ingredients including frozen strawberries, unsweetened almond milk, heavy cream or coconut cream, granulated sweetener, sugar-free strawberry syrup, crushed ice, vanilla extract, whipped cream, and sugar-free chocolate chips.
  2. Blend the Base: Place the frozen strawberries, almond milk, heavy cream, granulated sweetener, sugar-free strawberry syrup (start with 1 tablespoon), crushed ice, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture is frothy and smooth.
  3. Adjust Sweetness: Taste the milkshake and add more sugar-free strawberry syrup or a pinch of erythritol if additional sweetness is preferred. Blend again briefly to mix the sweetener.
  4. Modify Texture: If the milkshake isn’t frothy enough, add more crushed ice and blend again until you achieve the desired thick and frothy texture.
  5. Serve: Pour the milkshake into a serving glass, top with a dollop of unsweetened whipped cream, and drizzle with melted sugar-free chocolate chips. Serve immediately for best taste and texture.

Notes

  • You can substitute heavy cream with coconut cream to make the milkshake dairy-free.
  • Use sugar-free strawberry syrup or stevia drops to keep it keto-friendly and low-carb.
  • Melt sugar-free chocolate chips by placing them in a microwave-safe bowl and warming for 15-20 seconds, stirring until smooth.
  • Adjust the thickness by controlling the amount of crushed ice added during blending.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy the best frothy texture and fresh flavors.
