Description

These Roast Beef and Cheddar Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack featuring tender deli roast beef, tangy Arby's original sauce, and creamy cheddar cheese sauce sandwiched between sweet Hawaiian rolls. Baked to perfection with a buttery, garlicky topping and everything bagel seasoning, they offer a perfect balance of savory and sweet flavors that will delight any crowd.

Ingredients

Sliders

  • 1 pkg of 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 ounces deli roast beef
  • 1/2 cup Arby's original sauce or BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce

Topping

  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for baking the sliders evenly.
  2. Prepare Rolls: Place the Hawaiian rolls on a cutting board and carefully slice them in half horizontally using a serrated knife. Arrange the bottom halves on a baking sheet, keeping them together to form a base.
  3. Add Roast Beef: Layer the deli roast beef evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls, distributing the meat across all the sliders.
  4. Apply Sauce: Spread Arby's original sauce or your choice of BBQ sauce evenly over the roast beef, ensuring every slider gets a flavorful coating.
  5. Cheddar Cheese Layer: Spoon dollops of cheddar cheese sauce onto each slider and spread it out to cover the meat evenly. Then place the top halves of the rolls back on to close the sliders.
  6. Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the slider buns, then sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning generously on top for added flavor and texture.
  7. Bake Sliders: Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden and slightly toasted.
  8. Serve: Remove from oven and serve warm. Offer extra Arby's or BBQ sauce on the side for dipping if desired.

Notes

  • Use a serrated knife to easily slice the Hawaiian rolls without squishing them.
  • You can substitute cheddar cheese sauce with shredded cheddar cheese if preferred, but be sure to adjust baking time accordingly.
  • Everything bagel seasoning adds a flavorful crunch, but you can omit or replace it with sesame seeds or poppy seeds.
  • Leftover sliders can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheated gently in the oven or microwave.
  • For a spicier kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the Arby's or BBQ sauce before spreading.
